" There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest"..... Elie Wiesel

Yes, I am again referring to this thing euphemistically called a "Commission d'enquête" led by Judge Domah and which is supposed to inquire into whether Britam was sold at its proper market value, or given away cheaply under circumstances that should concern all of us. Why am I doing it again, you may well ask...because no one else is doing it, certainly not our 'free and independent' press, and everyone else seems to be more concerned about the size of their accoutrements without realising that the word 'petit' refers more appropriately to their tiny little minds than the organ they use to think with... and how many 'likes' they will get if they insult a 19 year old woman in the most obscene and stupid manner possible.

Whenever some zourlanus repeats the mantra that we have a 'free and independent' press, ask yourselves these questions:

1/ Commissions d'enquêtes seem to have become a fashion accessory for our politicians, something to whip out every time someone questions our ridiculous right to be called an etat de droit. They have been instituted for all sorts of issues with the final report either kept securely in the PM's drawers a la Sampath or Choomka, etc or the results so predictable, so biased, and so useless that only idiots will see them as validation of our adherence to the Rule of Law principle.

So, how come not one zourlanus, not one journalist, not one politician has ever asked for a full and independent inquiry into the background of the dismantlement of BAI/Bramer which constitutes one of the most heinous examples of theft in our history?

2/ The only person to have asked for one re BAI/Bramer is, of all people, Roshi Bhadain.

«Ine ariv ler pu lepep kone lavérité. Ki sanla ine pran décision pu ki zafer BAI éfondré ? Ki sanla kinn kraz BAI ?», a fait ressortir Roshi Bhadain.

I know our postal services sometimes leave a lot to be desired, but did El Presidente or the PM receive that letter from Bhadain? Or did his pen run out of ink just as he was about to make that 'reclamation'? Since then, 18 months later, nothing! Apart, of course, from the favourite words of our politicians, "Pa moi sa, li sa!", in a rather disingenuous way to extricate himself from the mess he created and wilfully participated with a great degree of enthusiasm...

3/ 95% of the articles on BAI/Bramer have been nothing but the vomit forced down the throats of willing zourlanus by corrupt politicians, and regurgitated at will by those who have enormous difficulty in removing their tongues from the arseholes of those politicians and the handful of rich people who control everything on this island.

4/ Have you noticed how no one mentions the favourite word of 2015-2016, "Ponzi", any more? Is this because people now feel guilty? or rather because they now know that the real facts give a completely different light than the fog of obfuscation and brainwashing that our serviteurs du pays were happy to shroud our 'free and independent' press with?

5/ There is however one zourlanus who continues to play his Uncle Tom role to the maximum to the extent where one has to wonder whether he still sees himself as 'black' or does he now believe he has become 'white' with so much kowtowing to his masters...It angers me to even call that oik a zourlanus, but then he symbolises the truly lamentable nature of the individuals who force feed the population with crap every day. Yes, it is the mercenary from Le Mauricien, the idiot who believes that repeating "Chairman Emeritus" every time he mentions the name of Dawood Rawat would excite the nether regions of his despicable self because the mind itself remains resolutely arid.

So, " Chairman Emeritus", or "Daylight Robbery' are examples of a tiny little mind that repeats the same phrase like a parrot with terminal diarrhoea in order to please his masters.

Le Mauricien published an article where the demented parrot left his shitty imprint all over it. As soon as I saw the article, written by a decent journalist, I knew that Patrick the shitter had added his own special brand of shit to it. From the title " Dawood Rawat anvi koze" ( how disgraceful that Patrick the Prick can turn a request to give evidence into one of 'anvi koze...) to the very heavy emphasis on the "Red Notice d'Interpol", you knew straightaway that you are going to be knee deep in parrot shit the more you plough through that article.

Red notice interpol, LKTMM! Why don't you also say that not one charge has yet been laid against Dawood Rawat and that the red notice interpol is of as much use as your pathetic display of "Black Skin, White mask"?

What the article failed to ask, and disgracefully for all our 'free and independent' press too, is the only one question that matters:

" How can you hold a commission of inquiry without asking the main victim to depone?"

Our wonderful press could have also asked this question:

How can this be a truly independent inquiry which will explore the facts diligently if one of the three members of that Inquiry is the accuntant who not only received from us Rs 27 millions for a few weeks as 'Administrator' of BAI?

Worse, he was the one who was dispatched to meet Dawood Rawat on 2nd April 2015 for him to sell all his assets worth billions of rupees for one fucking rupee and was on the phone to Pravin Jugnauth when that exercise in blackmail was taking place? Convenient amnesia, my dear zourlanus? Bien bizin Sanatogen?

Yes, Dawood Rawat did write to the Commission asking to depone. And you know what the tentative answer was from the wonderful Commission? " OK, but only in camera!" In other words, no one can see you or hear you talk about how the thieves and the accuntants stole everything from you, and how Britam was worth much much more than the Rs 2.4 or 4.2 billions the arseholes keep mentioning.

So, you still believe that this "Commission D'enquete" will tell you the truth about the sale of Britam? If you do, what can I say? Keep taking the tablets and who knows, one day your mind might open to the same extent that the orifice you use to talk with....

I started with a quote from Elie Wiesel. Let me end with another quote from him addressed to the nimak harams who owe everything to Dawood Rawat and who turned their backs on him; to those nasty, evil individuals who love nothing better than to dance on the grave of someone who turned them into something when they were nothing; to the hypocrites who use religion and who go on long pilgrimages in the hope that God will forgive them for their despicable act of treachery and psychopathic opportunism.

To the deluded one who was born with evil in his mind but who believes that adding 'Hajee' to his name will somehow bring him closer to God. As for Patrick the Prick, all that he needs to be told is this:so much self abuse will make you more stupid than you already are!

"When a person doesn't have gratitude, something is missing in his or her humanity. A person can almost be defined by his or her attitude toward gratitude."--- Elie Wiesel
