The idiot and the gentleman. One is a bona fide idiot who has failed in his primary duty to lead his people with honour, integrity, a modicum of leadership skills, honesty, and professionalism. The other one is by all accounts a gentleman, a professional who does his job without fear or favour, and who has always presented himself as a decent, honourable man.
I hope the Supreme Court will declare the idiot soon as a vexatious litigant. "Vexatious litigation is the filing of multiple pieces of litigation or litigation strategies within a certain time frame without legal merit and/or with intent to harass. Vexatious litigation is meant to bother, embarrass, or cause legal expenses to the defendant. A plaintiff who starts such litigation either knows or should reasonably know that no legal basis for the lawsuit exists. "
Anyone with a basic knowledge of English would know exactly what the Constitution says about the powers and authorities of the idiot and those of the gentleman. Yesterday, the magistrate reminded everyone of the demarcation of those powers.
But that is not good enough for the idiot. He now wants to go to the Supreme Court to basically argue the same points which the magistrate resolved yesterday in a well written judgement...
No wonder I call him the Dipshit, because he truly is one....
