The above quote by Carl Bernstein describes perfectly the sorry state of our journalism; an industry populated by a lot of the friends and sycophants of the editors and owners of our press, and who magically have the title 'journalist' draped around their shoulders despite a terrible ignorance of the true values and ethics of journalism.

There are of course a few exceptions but their minuscule number is drowned out in a slurry of arrogant bozos whose only priority seems to be the first to dive into the swamp of fetid, biased titbits masquerading as 'news'.

The worst example of this shameful example of scandalous journalism in recent years has been our media's coverage of the theft by our government in broad daylight of the assets of one man and then sharing it amongst the most mercenary bastards on our island.

Since the beginning of 2015, we have been blitzed with a massive government propaganda exercise helped by a contemptible, dishonourable, and ignoble cooperation of a supine and complicit press in the destruction of the lifetime's work of one man.

We have yet to see even one article in our mainstream press that has looked at the background of BAI/Bramer and the real reasons for that oaf, Vishnu Lutchmeenaraidoo, and his erstwhile partner in crime now evolving as the master of the 'pa moi sa, li sa' cowardly brigade, Roshi Bhadhain, destroying the largest organisation run by someone other than the traditional oligarchy of a handful of whites controlling everything on this island.

Not even one article detailing exactly what happened from even the few posing themselves as 'investigative journalists'. What we have had instead is a litany of black propaganda by the government with their faithful zourlanus regurgitating whatever nonsense the 'serviteurs du pays' have concocted as a justification for their larceny.

And it is quite amazing how the word "Ponzi" has now disappeared from the vocabulary of the people guilty of this massive theft, and how it is now used only by a few oiks on Facebook who feel obliged to let us know that when it comes to stupidity, they consistently award themselves the Gold medal...

So many assets sold cheaply....and often to the nimak harams who used to be employed by Dawood Rawat, and who owe everything in their miserable lives to the man they destroyed.

And the assets that have yet to be sold/given away? They are in the hands of an accuntant known as Yacoub Ramtoollah, and most of them are now in a terrible state of disrepair, probably designed as a ready made excuse to sell them for next to nothing to another parasite. 

Here are some of the assets of BAI/Bramer ( not all, as there are far too many) that no one knows what has happened to them, how much they have been sold for, or have they been given away to other serviteurs du pays:

1/ 10% shares of Maradiva, owned by la cuisine.
2/ 25% shares of Villas Caroline
3/ Kapu Kai(shopping mall, restaurants.nightclubs, etc on Grand Bay coast line, freehold, i.e. not leased from the government, and worth at least Rs 300 millions)
4/ Diplomats Gardens including 9 luxury house and 12 top of the range apartments, with clubhouse, swimming pool, gym etc.
5/ Classic cars, sold/given away to unknown individuals, with 40 limousines given to the fraudster, Bissoon Mungroo, for a paltry Rs 5 millions.
6/ The shares of BAI/Bramer that were 'frozen'
7/ The money in the safes of all branches of Bramer when Basantee Roi and his mob decided to cancel the licence on 2nd April 2015.

I shall now ask you to read this article from Capital Magazine following some brilliant, investigative work by Rajen Valayden.

Read it because you won't find it in any of our wonderful newspapers and I would be very surprised if we see it even mentioned in the rags.

Read about another man, David Isaacs, who owes his good fortune to Dawood Rawat, and who positioned himself with the wonderful Roshi Bhadain in order to grab Courts at a ridiculously low price of less than Rs 400 millions. He wants to sell it now, 3 years later, for Rs 1 billion, after ensuring that these fucking politicians would arrange for  the taxpayer to compensate all those who David Isaacs sacked.

Please, I do not want any anti Jewish sentiments expressed on my page. This has nothing to do with religion, and is addressed to the idiots who love to bring their Gods into everything.

Read the article and you will see that Isaacs' partner is one Ehsan Issop Fakim, which does not sound very Jewish, does it? Neither does Ashok Prakash-Sonah.

And please take your allusions to Karma or "God will punish them because God sees everything'' to the nearest bin. God had fuck all to do with this! A nation bien soucerre et bien kouyon together with an army of vile zourlanus allowed the thieves we voted into power to get away with it.

And we should be all ashamed of ourselves for allowing this to happen and, worse, for behaving as if that is all in the past now and it would be best to forget all about it.  That is the mentality of  despicably selfish individuals, of people who just do not care, and whose only aim in life is to be noticed by a parasite in power so that they too can have their pathetic little 'boutte'.

Don't expect our politicians to do anything about this. They are not part of the problem; they are the problem. Politicians of ALL parties.
